The table below depicts the software goals that the team was tasked with completing. Our number one goal was to get WIFI working with the Interpreter although, as more time passed we found this goal to be too ambitious. We determined we needed to set more reasonable goals that we would be able accomplishable by the end of the semester. Our goals were to initialize the potentiometer (for analog to digital conversion), fix the buttons, as well as fixing the digitalRead( ) function. As shown in the table below we attempted to initialize the potentiometer to get ADC working and fix the buttons but fell the team ran out of time. After numerous weeks of diving into the code the team was successful in fixing the digitalRead( ) function which, allowed the programmer to read pins on the PIC32 to see if they were either digitally high (1) or low (0).
